Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RentalPulse (“RentalPulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates short-term-rental reservations and helps operators manage cleaning and availability. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RentalPulse lets you connect iCal feeds from third-party platforms (for example Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com), view unified bookings, schedule cleanings, and invite team members under role-based permissions. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing
- New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor, Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.
- We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days’ notice sent to the account email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything illegal or infringing;
- attempt to probe, scan, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, except where permitted by applicable law;
- upload content you do not have rights to, or feed URLs that violate the terms of the originating platform;
- resell, sublicense, or white-label the service to third parties without our written consent;
- use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the data you put into RentalPulse — property details, iCal URLs, the bookings fetched from them, cleaner assignments, notes, and similar content (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the service to you and your team. We do not sell your data.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of guest information imported from third parties complies with the agreements you have with those platforms and with applicable privacy law.
6. Third-Party Platforms
RentalPulse relies on iCal feeds and services provided by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for changes, outages, or inaccuracies in the data they return. Your relationship with those platforms is governed by their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
RentalPulse, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription. No rights are granted by implication.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the service you consent to those practices.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens the security or integrity of the service. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable retention period as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported booking data will be complete or accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RentalPulse is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
